Vintage is inherently one-of-a-kind. That's the point. But buying something you can't try on first takes some trust, and we take that seriously.

Returns

If something arrives and it isn't right -- wrong fit, significant flaw not mentioned in the listing, or not as described -- contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work something out.

On Condition

Every piece is described honestly. "Good condition" means wearable with character. "Excellent" means it's held up remarkably well. If there's a flaw, it's in the listing to the best of our ability. If we missed something that matters, that's on us.

How to Start a Return

Email picturesofmatthew@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We don't do formal exchanges, but if you've got two pieces you want to swap -- ask. We're reasonable.
