The Piece
Pendleton has been weaving wool in Portland, Oregon since 1863 and this shirt is a reminder of why the name still means something. 100% pure virgin wool in a rich green-dominant tartan plaid — forest green, deep burgundy red, charcoal black, blue, and tan running through it. The colors have that saturated depth that only wool can hold. This isn't a cotton flannel pretending to be substantial. This is the real thing — warm, structured, and built to last decades.
Button front, no chest pockets, clean lines. The wool has a soft hand that suggests it's been worn and washed just enough times to break in without breaking down. Pendleton's blue label with the "Warranted To Be A Pendleton" stamp and the Portland, Oregon heritage line.
