Sterling Stall out of Winnipeg built this puffer with the kind of thoughtful quilting you don't see on modern down jackets — scalloped baffles that curve like arches across the body and back, with shirred channel detailing running vertically between them. The whole thing in a deep burgundy nylon that catches light like wine in a glass. Big matching buttons up the front instead of a zipper, which makes it feel more like a coat than outerwear equipment.
